Pipe Seam Welding

 

 

For the manufacture of pipes from endless strips GH-Group offers inductive longitudinal
pipe seam welding machines. The patented GH-Transistor Generators TRANSITHERMIC
enable to manufacture welded pipes in highest quality with maximum operational security.

 
Due to their high efficiency, TRANSITHERMIC transistor generators reduce energy consumption
up to 40% in comparison with valve generators. The transistors have a nearly unlimited durability.

The welding bead is very uniform, because with the TRANSITHERMIC generators, the output
current ripple is less than 1%.
 
The TRANSITHERMIC generators are very stable in the event of load changes (short circuited
welding head, changes in material thickness). The patented automatic frequency follower control
system ensures that the TRANSITHERMIC generators quickly adjust to all changes.

Bead Seam Heating

Automotive car body manufacture used inductive heating for bond curing or gelatinizing.

In short process cycles, body parts such as doors and lids are heated along the circumference
(Full Ring Curing) or partially (Spot Curing) for thermal treatment of bonding material in the
bead seam area.

Inductive heating can also be used for curing the sealing bond at various car body contours.
For such applications, inductive heating offers process automation and consequently integration
into car body procuction lines.

Hard and Soft Soldering
Induktive heating equipment can be used for a variety of soldering processes.

Forge Heating
GH inductive heating units allow to heat parts before forging to the required temperature in a clean,
secure working atmosphere with low thermal emissions and optimal quality assurance.

In comparison to traditional heating kilns, inductive heating for forging is much easier to realize.

Process automatation, reduced scaling and immediate availability are only a few of the advantages
provided by GH inductive forge heating units.

GH- Group manufactures forge heating units with a throughput of up to 5000 kg per hour.
Forge heating units can be manufactured for pass, push and lifting bar, with manual feed, feeder
hopper und sorting.

Customized software provides optimal forge process support for monitoring, heat maintenance
control and emptying of heating unit.

Wire and Strip Heating

The manufacture of conductors and optical fibre cables requires continous preheating.

Due to their exact temperature control, high efficiency and advantageous dimensions,
the integrated into the manufacturing process GH-Inductions machines represent the
ideal solution for heating of wires.

GH-Group offers wire heating machines for preheating of massive core wires or multi-
wire for coating; process annealing for aluminium, copper and bronze wires; tempering
of automotive chassis springs; steel wire tempering for setting of required characteristics,
with or without inert gas atmosphere.
