IRCAM红外热像仪是为科研、热分析和工业无损检测等测量应用专门研制,胜任非接触温度测量、辐射率测定、被动和主动红外成像测量,如脉冲和同步锁相红外成像。除了标准产品外,还向用户提供软、硬件定制服务。
IRCAM提供完整的红外成像系统,可以满足绝大部分的高端应用要求。包括红外热像仪,红外光学镜头,控制单元和专业软件。对于系统集成商,如果定制的接口可以比较容易的整合到现行软件和硬件平台上,IRCAM同样可以提供相配套的定制产品。
IRCAM红外热成像系统主要包括以下几个系列:
TAURUS:******像素速率18 Mpixels/s,快速精确,可以满足一般的应用需要。
VELOX:******像素速率80 Mpixels/s,帧频最高,可满足超高速测量应用。
GEMNIS:双波段红外热像仪,可同时采集中波和长波红外图像。
EQUUS:适用于科研用途的高灵敏度、高帧频热像仪。
全系列的IRCAM红外热像仪都配置有标准的相机连接接口(Camera Link),可以非常容易的与现在的帧采集装置连接,并整合到图像采集系统中。
IRCAM的用户主要是红外应用专家、系统集成商(OEM)和对卓越品质、高可靠性有需求的用户。

IR LENSES |
Every IRCAM camera is designed to operate in a certain spectral sub-range. Between 1.5 µm and 14 µm three sub-ranges, the so-called "atmospheric windows" are defined: SWIR: 1.5 µm - 3 µm, MWIR: 3 µm - 5 µm, LWIR: 8 µm - 14 µm. Also, most IR lenses are optimized for one of these windows. |

The IRCAM IR lenses use several lenses which are made of silicon, germanium or zinc-selenide. To obtain maximum transmission, all lens surfaces have anti-reflection coatings. We are offering a wide range of high-value IR lenses with different F-numbers and focal lengths, from microscope lenses to ultra wide-angle lenses. All lenses are specially made for our cameras such that for the entire image the optimum image quality is achieved. The lenses can optionally be equipped with a motorized focus.

IRCAM cameras require powerful periphery which permits the control of camera functions and the processing of the image data. For every camera and every application we offer customized and complete control units.
The basis of a control unit is a PC compatible computer with Windows operating system which is equipped with a camera interface (framegrabber) for real-time data transfer. The control units are delivered with pre-installed base software (IRCAM Works), which besides camera control and image acquisition permits all important processing functions and management of the IR image data.
For the two camera models "standard" and "pro", two versions of control units are offered:
IRControl - Control unit for all IRCAM standard cameras
Consisting of: PC (industrial or portable) with Windows operating system, framegrabber and base software IRCAM Works (control of IRCAM cameras, IR image acquisition and IR image management)
IRControl pro - Control unit for all IRCAM standard and pro cameras
Consisting of: PC (industrial, portable or notebook) with Windows operating system, frame grabber and base software IRCAM Works pro. Besides all functions of IRCAM Works (control of IRCAM cameras, IR image acquisition and IR image management) the IRCAM Works pro software supports the extended functionality of the IRCAM pro cameras (control of the MIO interface, filter wheel and Gigabit Ethernet interface)
