Pneumatic Products
Standard Couplings & Nipples
CEJN’s Pneumatic Couplings and Nipples are specially designed to address the two most common causes of energy loss in compressed air systems, leaks and pressure drops. Our couplings are easy to handle and have a long service life. All products are made of plated quality steel and brass.
Safety Couplings & Nipples
CEJN’s range of safety couplings for pneumatic applications are designed to prevent hose whipping accidents. By venting the air prior to disconnection the sound level is also reduces to a minimum. The safety range also features the same high flow capacity and low pressure drop design as the standard range.
Safety Lock Couplings & Nipples
Safety lock couplings are specially designed to prevent unintentional disconnection during operation. An added locking function requires the operator to “unlock” the coupling before it can be disengaged. The safety lock couplings are one-hand operated during connection but require two hands for disconnection.
Button Style Couplings & Nipples
The button style couplings are a range of ISO 6150 C couplings that disengage in two steps to vent residual air. The couplings comply with ISO 4414 and are interchangeable with several other brands on the market.
Soft-Line Couplings
CEJN Soft-Line “softens” the edges of quick connect couplings, making them non-abrasive and less likely to cause damage to surrounding components and surfaces. They also protect couplings from impact, prolonging the service life of the couplings.
Lightweight Couplings
CEJN aluminum couplings weigh 50% less than standard CEJN couplings, and up to 70% less than traditional couplings on the market, making it a perfect fit for lightweight tools. The aluminum design although light in weight is far from light in performance. It offers the same quality performance as any other CEJN product and since aluminum is a non-ferrous material it also offers low magnetic interference.
Multi-Link Couplings
The Multi-Link integrated quick connect couplings come in units of 2 and 3 outlets. The units can also easily be connected to create more access points. Ideal for uncluttering existing work areas or to create new flexible work stations. The integrated couplings provide flexibility and high performance, the design allows for a large number of outlets without restricting the flow with T-connections, bends or elbows. Combine with our high quality polyurethane hose to create a flexible high performance air distribution system.
Hose
CEJN offers an extensive hose range with several different styles of polyurethane (PUR) hoses. The material of PUR offers a high rate of flow and exceptional resistance to oils, solvents and other non-aqueous solutions. The hoses have excellent recoil ability and are extremely flexible and remain flexible after extensive use.
Hose Kits
CEJN offers a pre-assembled hose and coupling combination that is ready for immediate use without the need for tools. Each hose kit contains a CEJN polyurethane hose style, Stream-Line couplings, nipples and swivels that provides reusable, leak-free hose connections.
Hose & Cable Reels
CEJN’s high quality hose and cable reels contain a CEJN polyurethane hose or rubber cable. The reels are easy to manoeuvre and can be ceiling- or wall-mounted and offer full, 300-degree, movement. A robust exterior housing protects the hose or cable and reel mechanism and the feeding action works flawless and tangle free. A stop function can be activated if full continuous feeding is not necessary at the time.
Blowguns
CEJN Blowguns are designed to be lightweight, comfortable to handle and suitable for both left- and right-handed users. The handle is pleasant to grip and shields against cold airflow. The different styles of CEJN Blowguns offered are standard full-flow, noise reducing Star-Tip and a pressure-regulated safety version.
FRL Products
CEJN’s Filtration, Regulation and Lubrication (FRL) products are designed to provide constant high-quality air within compressed air systems. CEJN’s FRL products are easy to assemble as well as maintain and can be top- or side-mounted. The products are available as stand-alone components or in complete system packages.

Accessories available for CEJN Pneumatic products are adapters to create different hose connections, Compact Pressure Tester to spot-check pressure and Soft-Line Accessory Covers to protect the coupling and its surroundings from impact.

In the field of breathing air application there are no compromises to be made regarding quality and safety. CEJN has extra stringent tests to ensure that the high quality demanded is achieved. CEJN couplings and nipples for breathing air are thoroughly examined and tested individually, this to guarantee that each coupling and nipple that leaves our production is of the highest quality.
Hose
CEJN ester based polyurethane (PUR) hoses for breathing air are available as green spiral non-braided hose and as black straight braided hose. CEJN PUR hoses for breathing air offer outstanding aging qualities and long service life. Their resistance to sparks and scorching make them suitable for applications near welding equipment.

Classic Couplings & nipples
CEJN’s fluid couplings are available in both valved and valveless designs for low- and medium-pressure applications, with maximum working pressures up to 200 bar (2900 PSI).
Hose
CEJN straight braided polyutherane (PUR) hose is suitable for both water and compressed air applications and is designed for working pressures up to 10 bar. It has a two-layer of blue ether based PUR and a reinforced middle layer of polyester fibre, this gives it an extended temperature range of –30 °C up to +60 °C.

CEJN Series X65 quick connect couplings and nipples are compliant with the ISO 16028 Standard. The couplings and nipples are made of plated steel and available in seven sizes ranging from DN 5 to DN 25. A Push-Pull version for panel mounting is available in some sizes. An extra security locking offers added protection against involuntary disconnection. A perfect fit for tough hydraulic applications.
X66 Flat-Face Stainless Steel Couplings & Nipples
CEJN Series X66 quick connect couplings and nipples are dimensionally in accordance with the ISO 16028 Standard. The couplings and nipples are made of stainless steel and available in four sizes ranging from DN 6.3 to DN 19. An extra security locking offers added protection against involuntary disconnection. A perfect fit for hydraulic/fluid applications with corrosive media or in corrosive environments such as the offshore, chemical, paper/pulp and food industries.
X62 Flat-Face Couplings & Nipples
CEJN Series X62 quick connect couplings and nipples are dimensionally in accordance with the ISO 16028 Standard. The couplings and nipples are made of plated steel and available in three sizes ranging from DN 6.3 to DN 12.5. The series is especially developed to suit the less stringent demands of hydraulic applications with a maximum working pressure of 25 MPa.
X64 Pressure Eliminator Nipples
CEJN Series X64 offer quick-connect nipples with a built-in pressure eliminator. The pressure eliminator solves problems with high connection force due to residual pressure on the nipple side. The Series are interchangeable with the ISO Standard 16028 and therefore a suitable complement to Series X62 and X65. The Series is made of plated steel and offered in five sizes ranging from DN 6.3 to DN 19. A suitable product for applications where residual pressure on the nipple side is a problem.
Nordic Range Steel Couplings & Nipples
CEJN Series 525 are somewhat of a "Nordic standard" in steel. Its heavy-duty design ensures maximum durability and high performance. The products are equipped with additional security locking and extra sealing for improved performance. The optional pressure eliminator facilitates a low connection force even when either half is under residual pressure. The couplings and nipples are made of plated steel and those parts exposed to extreme strain and stress are hardened for extra durability. The Series is offered in five sizes ranging from DN 6.3 to DN 25.
Nordic Range Stainless Steel Couplings & Nipples
CEJN Series 526 are somewhat of a "Nordic standard" in stainless steel. Its heavy-duty design ensures maximum durability and high performance. The products are equipped with additional security locking and extra sealing for improved performance. The couplings and nipples are made of stainless steel. The Series is offered in five sizes ranging from DN 6.3 to DN 25.
Flat-Face Screw Couplings & Nipples
CEJN's Flat-Faced screw-to-connect couplings are specially adapted to suit demanding industrial applications. The Series have a working pressure of up to 55 MPa and can be connected with residual pressure in the system. The Series are made of plated steel with high-stressed components made of hardened steel for extra protection. The couplings and nipples are available in three sizes ranging from DN 12.5 to DN 25. Their Flat-Face design in combination with the screw-to-connect design make them ideal for demanding hydraulic applications such as hammer applications, where standard ball-locking type couplings do not meet the requirements.

CEJN's range of ISO A couplings and nipples are compliant with the ISO Standard 7241-1 A. Their sturdy steel design ensures a long, maintenance free service life even in the toughest environments. As added protection, those parts exposed to extreme strain and stress, such as locking sleeves and nipples, are made of hardened steel. Offered is also an additional Push-Pull version for panel mounting in DN 12.5. The Series are made of plated steel and are available in five sizes ranging from DN 6.3 to DN 25. Their sturdy design and good performance make them suitable for agriculture and general industrial applications.
ISO B Steel Couplings & Nipples

Snap-Check Monitoring System
The Snap-Check pressure testing system easily monitors and diagnoses fluid systems. It identifies operating pressure surges without the need for a permanently installed gauge. The maximum working pressure of 60 MPa (600 bar) ensures extra long, leak free service and unsurpassed reliability. The system features quick to connect couplings and nipples. Also available are hoses, gauges and a sturdy carrying case.
Press-Check Monitoring System
The Press-Check pressure testing system easily monitors and diagnoses fluid systems. It identifies operating pressure surges without the need for a permanently installed gauge. The Press-Check system features screw-to-connect couplings and nipples in a wide range of connections. Available are also hoses, fittings, gauges and dust caps.
