Motherbox
Measurement data concentrator for distributed Web-IOs
incl. open Webserver for individual applications
Use the Motherbox to bundle measurement data from any number of analog and digital Web-IOs as well as Web-Thermographs on one device. Simply specify for each available measuring point in the network an individual interval in which you want the current data to be automatically polled and archived in the internal memory of the Motherbox. Combine the archived measuring points into profiles and thereby generate measurement meaningful overviews which are tailored to your application.
Cyclical polling of the Web-IOs results in a consolidated measurement database in the Motherbox. From here you can recall the history of measuring data profiles, individual measuring points and complete Web-IOs directly in your browser, or access the measurement database for migrating the data into your application using for example ODBC and SOAP.
The internal web server also allows you to upload from your own web pages, which enables creation of web-based applications. For example you can prepare and display archived measurement data for a specific application.

FTP- and Samba servers for DIN rail mount
The FTP Data Station offers the functionality of an FTP and Samba server in a compact package. Use these ways to access the internal memory of the box, or to directly access a connected data medium via USB.
Application example
You have several Web-Thermographs (e.g. Web-Thermograph Pt100/Pt1000 PoE) in your network and want to centrally archive their measurement values. Set each Thermograph for regular sending of the current measurement values via FTP. Specify your FTP Data Station as the FTP server. In this way you can create central measurement data archives in the internal memory of the box or on a connected USB storage medium, which are then available to you at any time for individual processing.
Expanded range of functions
In development is the "data filling station" mode. Here files stored on the box are moved to a connected USB memory stick at the press of a key. Use this function for example to retrieve measurement archives from mobile equipment at regular intervals without the need for a network connection.
