The automatic evacuation and charging station for easy installation and maintenance of A/C domestic and industrial refrigerant circuits.
Complex processes such as evacuation, leak test and exact charging are completely automatic and monitored by the programmable control unit. The user-friendly software facilitates the proper execution of the job by clear instructions. Due to the digital linkage of vacuum pump, charging scale and test equipment the professional working and handling of today´s refrigerants becomes safer and more environment-friendly.
The VPSdigital display shows all those individual values which will be indicated otherwise separately from test manifold, vacuum gauge and charging scale.

A 120° rotation is sufficient for the cutting. The tool ensures clean, right-angled cuts even directly at the soldering point.

Features of the LOKRING tube connection
Permanent hermetically metal-to-metal sealing

Pressure and temperature area
The LOKRING connections are designed for a working pressure of 50bar (depending on the tube material) with fourfold security and for the range of temperature from -50°C up to 150°C (-58°F up to 302°F).
Material affiliation
LOKRING tube connections are made out of the materials aluminium and brass.
LOKRING brass connections for tube diameter ≥ 9.53mm (3/8”) are connected by steel LOKRINGs (galvanically thinned and chromated).
The affiliation of the LOKRING material depends on the material of the tubes to be connected.
