Electrical oil pre-heater
Electrical oil pre-heater Type: EDH
Compact design
High performance
For industrial use
Starting up plant and machines from cold is considerably easier when the oil in the tank has been pre-heated to a set minimum temperature. Adding a electric oil pre-heater in a bypass coolerfilter system solves the problem of pre-heating the oil and prevents damage to the hydraulic system caused by excessive start-up pressure. Conversely, a heating rod built into the tank has the disadvantage that the oil volume in the tank is not clearly defined as it flows around the heating rod.
With the electric oil pre-heater the oil flow is controlled and the heating capacity can thus be calculated and controlled precisely.
