MB 89.1 Mother board - System 80 Mother Board basic for the Gateway and two LDMs. This board provides System 80 with the possibility to have one gateway module (CAN-bus (CGM 85.1), Profit-Bus (PGM 86.1) or Ethernet (EGM 87.1)), as well as two weighing process controllers (LDMs). LDM 88.1 Load cell digitizing module - System 80® The Load cell Digitizing Module for the System80 is a complete weighing process controller for precise weighing, dosing or filling. The LDM provides high speed digitizing, filtering and computing of a load cell signal for further processing. A built in PLC with four inputs and four outputs is included. DOP Control and analyse software tool The DOP software can visualize the input from your scale and show it as a graph. All input data from the device are stored in the DOP and therefore it is possible to zoom in and out, store the data on disk and to analyze the data more carefully. MODBUS/TCP monitor The MODBUS/TCP monitor is a simple TEST application used to test the functionality of a System80 with an Ethernet gateway (EGM87). With this monitor you can calibrate your setup or make other settings for your system via the MODBUS/TCP. :: Open

 

PROFI-bus monitor The PROFIBUS monitor is a simple TEST application used to test the functionality of a System80 with a PROFIBUS gateway (PGM86). With this monitor you can calibrate your setup or make other settings for your system via the PROFIBUS. CANopen monitor The CANopen monitor is a simple TEST application used to test the functionality of a System80 with a CANopen gateway (CGM85). With this monitor you can calibrate your setup or make other settings for your system via the CANBUS. Test tools

This is a collection of applications to do test and maintenance on H&B products or load cells. This includes Firmware upgrade or simple data collection from load cell(s) being subjected to various environment changes.

 

HB Programmer This programmer is used to update Firmware in H&B modules. The Programmer is mainly for MCS-64, but it can also be used to program other H&B modules. :: Open

 

LDU Download + Prog78 This program can download firmware to LDU´s 1) Short the prog-switch to the right (if you look from the bottom)of the 10pin double row pinconnector. 2) Turn on the power. 3) Start the program, load the *.a20 file and press Program button. The bootloader file ´´Prog78.a20´´ must be placed in the same folder as LDU Download. :: Open

 

AppMonitor Application monitor This is a monitor to collect data from multiple LDU78, LDU68 or LDU69 modules. The modules are scanned with a specified interval and the values written to a CSV file to be readable by e.g. MS Excel :: Open
