AU series

CO series (interfaces)
A wide line of high voltage power supplies for laboratory, development and production use.
It includes front panel operation with 10 turn potentiometers, digital indications of output voltage and current as well as remote programming operation possibility.
As a standard feature the output voltage and current as well as monitoring output voltage and currrent can be set/read via an analog signal of 0-10VDC.
Optionally a GP-IB/IEEE488 or RS232 interface is available.
All models are available either with adjustable trip level for current or adjustable constant current mode. A protection against overload, short circuit and arc is included as a standard safety ciruit.
GPS/HPS/KPS/LPS COMPACT series

SHQ series

The SHQ family is a series of high precision HV desktop power supplies. It offers extraordinary specifications concerning stability and precision of the output voltage.

XR series
Output up to 65kV 100W
Compact module for grounded cathode X-ray tubes.
It incorporates adjustable beam, bias and filament supplies for low power X-ray applications.
High voltage and filament current ramp up linearly for fast starts. Constant emission current is adjustable from 0 to full output for precise emission control.

AMP series
Output up to ±20kV up to 400W
AMP series is an ultra high speed high voltage amplifier.
It realized as fast as 700 V/µs even with load, and approximately 2 times faster than existing models. Ideal for higher speed printer or material evaluation testing.
With the capability of peak current output of 3 times. it suppress the distortion of waveform when with capacitive load. Ideal amplifier for E-chuck or material testing of larger glass slate or for Beam scanning with air capacitance.
AMS, AMT series
Output up to ±20kV up to 200W
AMS / AMT series is a rack-mountable type, fast response high voltage amplifier. It gives quick response as fast as 100kHz and provides high voltage outputs in reference to its input wave forms such as sine, triangle, saw tooth, and square wave forms.
All models include a bias function and 3.5 digit indicator for DC-output voltage. The two series differ in frequency response time and maximum output power. 13 different models are available as standard units. Output voltages range from ±600V to ±20kV.
AP, AS series
Output up to ±3kV 3W
This series is a series of fast response high voltage solid state operational amplifier chassis mountable modules. It provides quick response up to 12kHz. With its small design it can be incorporated into your housing. The two series differ in frequency response.
HA05B2
Output to ±500V 1W
The precision high voltage amplifier HA05B2 is a standard 19" plug-in unit of 3HU / 6HP. The output voltage is -500V to +500V at load current of ±2mA. The control voltage ranges from -10V to +10V and the gain is 50.
The amplifier features high precision, very high stability and low noise, thereby making the unit well suited even for voltage reference applications.
The output voltage is controlled by a control voltage which can be either provided via its nominal value input or set by a 10-turn potentiometer. Monitor outputs for voltage and current are provided. Furthermore, the unit is equipped with a fast inhibit input effectively clamping the output voltage to 0V.
The output is protected against overload, short circuit and transient overvoltage.
High-Speed versions up to 15kHz bandwidth / 50V/µs slew rate are available on request.
The output connectors are alternatively BNC connectors (HAR12 mainframe) or SHV connectors (HAR12S mainframe).
HAR12A
Output 12 times up to ±500V each 1W
The precision high voltage amplifier HAR12A is a 19" rack-mountable unit of 3HU.
Twelve channels provide output voltages in the range of -500V to +500V at load current of ±2mA each.
Each output voltage is controlled by a control voltage which can be either provided via its nominal value input or set by a 10-turn potentiometer. The control voltage ranges from -10V to +10V and the gain is 50.
Monitor outputs for voltage and current are provided on each channel.
Furthermore, each channel is equipped with a fast inhibit input effectively clamping the output voltage to 0V.
The amplifier channels feature high precision, very high stability and low noise, thereby making the HAR12A well suited even for voltage reference applications.
Both the output voltage and the load current of each channel can be displayed simultaneously on two 4-digit red LED-displays. A rotary switch for channel selecting is provided.
All amplifier outputs are protected against overload, short circuit and transient overvoltage.
High-Speed versions up to 15kHz bandwidth / 50V/µs slew rate are available on request.
HVA-3B4
Output 4 times up to ±3kV each 3W
A 4 channel fast response high voltage amplifier for rack mounting. It provides high voltage outputs in reference to its input wave forms such as sine, triangle, saw tooth and square wave forms. It includes DC bias function adjustable with a 10-turn potentiometer as well as monitor outputs and remote ON/OFF. The output voltages can be read at four displays at the front of the instrument.
A1200 series

A2800 series
Output up to 600V 2800W
These high efficient switched mode power supplies are designed to fulfil the requirements of industry, production test application, research and development. Due to the zero voltage switching technology transients and noise are reduced. Inserting an optional GPIB/IEEE488 or RS232 interface card it can be controlled by an external computer for remote control. For manual operation a 10-turn potentiometer and a 3-digit indicator each for voltage and current are inserted at the front. All units are small, lightweight and optimised for high efficiency and low heat generation.
GEN750 / GEN1500 series

This is the highest power density product available for a programmable DC power supply in this power range. The JUST POWER! modules use the state-of-the-art switching technology that minimizes switching transients and contributes to the high efficiency, low noise and high reliability of this product. It is also power factor corrected for low current draw and reduced generation of input current harmonics.
ZUP series
Output up to 120V up to 864W
The laboratory power supplies offer an adjustable and well stabilised output with very low ripple at a wide input range. As laboratory stand alone instrument or inserted in a 19" rack the output connectors are at the rear side or at the front. Manual operation and display of current and voltage at the front and interface RS232 or an analog input are standard for remote control. Optionally a GPIB-controller is available.
