Memory cards

Industrial cards: PCMCIA, CompactFlash, Secure Digital, Fujisoku, Panasonic, MIPS and contactless.

PCMCIA Linear Flash PCMCIA cards (or „PC cards“) as ATA flash, SRAM or linear flash memory cards.	CompactFlash CompactFlash cards industrial grade, with metal case and an extended temperature range of --40°C to +85°C.	SD / SDHC SD cards (SD 1.0 and 1.1) up to 2GB, and SDHC cards (SD 2.0) from 4GB up to 32GB.	Fujisoku 38-pin The Fujisoku 38-Pin cards are 8-bit cards (identical with the ITT-Canon „Starcard“) and only as SRAM available.
Panasonic 34-pin The Panasonic 34-Pin SRAM cards are 8-bit memory cards.	MIPS MIPS cards are available since 1983 as OTP or Flash.	Contactless cards We offer contactless memory cards from the japanese manufacturer LSI and also the new austrian system „MEMO“.

Embedded IDE Flash IDE Flashdrives are flash memory devices used as replacement for standard harddrives, with an IDE interface.

Embedded USB Flash Embedded USB Flashdrives are bootable flash memory devices for the onboard 2x5 interface of a mainboard.

USB Sticks We offer different USB Sticks, optional with customer logo and data storage.

NVRAM NVRAM memory devices are „non volatile“ RAM lithium battery backed memory devices in DIL housing (Dual In-Line).

Card drives Reader/ Writer for memory cards with different interfaces.

Data logger Industrial and calibratable data logger with different interfaces.

Software tools Professional Software, that allows acces to special data format.

Embedded USB Host The Embedded USB Host is a mass storage adapter for every 8- and 16-bit processor.

Tecsys offers professional device programmers from Lloyd-Research for memory ICs of all kinds.

- The "M9000" is a professional, stand alone, eight-socket Programmer.  Its component library contains about 2000 different ICs. 
- The "fxRAPIDO", though using a similar housing, is a completely new development, offering a USB-Interface and extremely short programming times.
- The "H8000" was designed for programming Renesas (formerly Hitachi) H8 and H8S microcontrollers in-circuit without needing a PC.
- The "F5000" is a further development of the H8000 allowing more flexibility and faster programming.
- The "ONBP100" programs devices which are soldered into a board, as is often the case in avionics systems.

H8000 The "H8000" in-circuit Programmer for Hitachi H8-Serie is small enough to fit in an ATE / production jig or it can be hand held. Datasheet Handbook

F5000 The F5000 is set up for use with the aid of a PC. In operation, the PC is no longer needed. Both RS232 and USB interfaces are provided. The F5000 can program almost any device with a serial programming interface. It contains storage for up to seven different data sets. Recommended by Fujitsu Recommended by RENESAS Datasheet

ONBP100 The ONBP100 programs soldered-in EPROMs and other memory devices on electronic assemblies which are connected using customer-specific adapters.
