Tekoflex
Tekoflex reduces your test costs. Up to now measuring on flat blade connectors involved a significant effort using the traditional contact test systems, especially on connectors with small blade spacing.
Our system fits to nearly every connector-housing. Therefor, the significant effort previously encountered is eliminated.

Description of function
A winding made of spring steel is positioned on two metal base plates which are electrically separated by an insulator. This winding has a convex shape on the contact side.
This special shape of the wound spring (many independently spring loaded contact points) ensure a small contact resistance without damaging the test object. Fitting is very easy. The contact is inserted into a standard housing from the rear and locks into position. We also supply the complete test assembly in accordance with your requirements.
