Brief Description
The CAN display HE 5120 is applied for the visualization of process data like temperature, pressure, weight, level, etc. The different physical units are identified by three LEDs.
The instrument has a switch contact which can either be used as a digital output or limit comparator.
The CAN bus connection is according to ISO11898. The Siemens microprocessor C505C with integrated FULL CAN controller supports the transmission according to the CAN specification 2.0A / 2.0B with max. 1 MBaud.
The instrument can be programmed per parameter setting via CAN bus which information is to be displayed and in which format . The display is thus able to filter the relevant data from the complete CAN messages by itself without being addressed directly. The parameter settings are stored in an EEPROM. This means that, after a shut down, the instrument can start the operation again without repeating the process of parametrization.

Brief Description
The display unit HE 5120P is a nummeric display with Profibus interface and serves the visualization of process data such as temperature, pressure, weight, level etc. . The different physical units are identified with the LEDs, which are freely selectable over the Profibus.
The device is additionally provided with 6 digital inputs 24V DC and 3 digital outputs 24V DC. The Profibus connection conforms with EN 50 170. The controller supports the transfer according to specification PROFIBUS DP with max. 12 MBaud. The baud rate is detected automatically.
Optionally available is an rotary pulse switch as a setpoint device for simple reference value input.
The HE 5120P faciliates the installation of on-site operation terminals.

Mounting on DIN-Rail
The basic trays are intended for DIN-rail mounting according to EN 50022. The mounting is carried out by locking the metal ledge (A) on the back side below. For dismantling a basic tray the metal ledge (A) must be released.
Installation / Removal of the Modules
Module installation into a basic tray: Slide in the module at the respective place. Listen to the 'click' for proper engaging.
The installation of the modules HE 5910 or HE 5911 (fieldbus coupler) always must be placed at the absolutely left position. All other modules can be installed at any position.
For removing: Release the two ledges (B) and pull out the module.
To keep the specified protection degree (IP20) emty slots must be protected by slot covers.
Screw-/ Plug-in-Terminals
The screw-/plug-in-terminals can be plugged in from above or below into the module housing (audible locking). Removing the screw-/plug-in-terminals takes place by levering out at position (C), e.g. with a screwdriver.
Due to protection against contact, not connected terminal blocks should remain in their places.

Brief Description
The touch panel programmable logic controller (PLC) HESCH HE 5894 is a device of the human-machine interface class with integrated PLC functions.
The HE 5894 is intended for creation of automated process control systems in various industries, power generation, the building automation sector and transportation.
The integration of the control program and the user interface in one common device and one programming environment results in significant time and cost advantages. By standardising the description of the data in the control program and in the visualization, errors are avoided. Adjustable task priorities enable fast cycle times of the soft-PLC as well as short response times of the user interface.
An integration of the control terminals into existing networks is possible via the Ethernet interface. The computer is fanless, thanks to the use of \'low power\' components and solid state memory for program and data.
The operation is done directly on the screen surface, general system functions and special functions of the program can be started with the additional control buttons with LED indication.

Brief Description
The pressure transducers HE200 of HESCH are used to measure smallest amounts of overpressure, underpressure or differential pressure. The active measuring element is a solid stat sensor, which is adapted to the required measuring range. An integrated amplifier represents the pressure value as a linear output signal of e.g. 0 - 10 V or 0(4) - 20 mA. Hesch pressure transducer keep their reliability for years in the rough industrial environment.

Description
The valve control unit HE 5711 with micro- processor is used for pulse activation of solenoid valves in industrial air pollution control systems.

Brief Description
The HE 5720 valve control system is used for pulse activation of solenoid valves in air pollution control systems.
Basically the device has 12 outputs to activate 12 valves with 24 V DC. With an extension board the HE 5720 controls 24 valves.
These functions are available: Timer mode, ΔP-dependent cleaning (part- / full cycle), forced cleaning, post cleaning, lag-time control for discharge organs, etc.
The operator can select the timer mode with variable pause time or the ΔP-dependent mode based on the built-in ΔP-controller.
The HE 5720 has a high-speed current check for all valves to detect open loops or short-circuits.
As options are available:
- Mechanical valve function monitoring via pressure switch
- Activation of discharge organs with adjustable lag-time
- Flow-dependent ΔP-control according to controller characteristics
