Manually operated multicouplings
WALTHER-PRAEZISION offers different designs of manually operated multicouplings for the simultaneous connection of several fluidic, pneumatic and electrical lines. Due to the fixed arrangement of the coupling elements mistakes are excluded and the duration of the coupling procedure is enormously shortened. Multicouplings are used therefore there, where automatized operating procedures during manufacturing, testing, actuating and controlling are requested.
|
|
Automatically operated
multicouplings
These couplings are used in case of fully-automatic
operation. Coupling movement is done mechanically,
pneumatically and hydraulically. Multicouplings in plate
mounting can be equipped with different media
elements according to requirements.
It is distinguished between:
• multicouplings in push-pull technique (see chart)
• multicouplings in pull-in technique
• multicouplings in push-technique with side entry
• special docking systems
|
|
TOOL-MASTER
Due to its modular design, the WALTHER quick tool
changing system 91489 is specially constructed to
meet individual customer requirements. It offers
application possibilities for automotive production and
other sectors and may be equipped with different
electrical or fluid transmission elements, depending
on the intended purpose.
Technical Data:
• Static load capacity of up to 60.000 N
• low weight and und extremely flat design
• locking device remains play-free and self-locking in
the event of a pressure drop
|
|
Parking Stations
A gravity tool parking station is available for parking
tools quickly and safely in robot work stations.
The tool parking station is designed to the same
modular principle as the tool changer and can be
compiled with various individual components.
