FOTEMP1-OEM-Box
is a fiberoptical one-channel thermometer for temperature measurement in high electromagnetic interfered environment.
It is suitable for the installation in e.g. microwave applications or drying furnaces. Due to the compact design upgrading or retrofitting is possible into already existing series. With the integrated RS-232 interface or the BNC analogue output (0-10V) regulation also possible for complex temperature gradients.
The fiber optic probe consists of a GaAs (gallium arsenide) probe tip, which is completely non-metallic. Length of the probe is 1m, different probe lengths and configurations on request.
Area of application lies between 0°C und 300°C.

FOTEMP Multi-Channel
FOTEMP Multi-Channel complete our product range of fiberoptical temperature measurement instruments. The instruments are manufactured starting at a channel number of 6 in 19’’ boxes. Instruments with smaller channel numbers (below 6) are offered in table cases. Up to 255 measuring channels are practicable.
The communication is internally carried out via the RS485 bus. The data transmission to PC or notebook computer is provided via a RS232 or USB interface. Besides that, all modules feature an additional analog output, 0-10 V or 4-20. Since all modules work independently a fast test value recording and evaluation is possible. Visualization and data saving of the temperature scale is carried out by the software provided at purchase. The available measurement range of the Multi-Channel is -200°C to 300°C. The measurement within this temperature range requires corresponding sensors from our supply spectrum and calibration.
The standard measurement range of the probes ranges between 0°C to 200°C. On request probes for the measurement range 200°C to +300°C, as well as high time resolution can be offered.
All probes can be adapted individually to the measuring problem of the customer.

Cable feedthroughs
Vacuum feedthroughs and feedthroughs for high pressure applications are available.
By customer requirement high pressure feedthroughs up to 12 bar certified by measured leakage rate of helium can be offerd.
Couple Blocks
We offer customizable adapters to attach fiberoptic temperature sensors to current bars, for instance.
These adapters consist of glass ceramics. We solve measurement problems as well as fulfill customer-specific adaption requirements.
