This product group comprises an extremely narrow body Strain gauge amplifier with infinitely adjustable filtered voltage output as well as an easy to operate strain gauge amplifier with digital adjustments - both for DIN-rail mounting. A supplemental module with limit switches, adder and filter functions enables the design of simple two point controls. A sophisticated Amplifier PID Controller Combination is available for demanding applications. The use of additional input values (e.g. such as web velocity) results in highly dynamic closed loop controls. Digital adjustment elements reduce the external wiring requirements to a minimum. |

Strain Gauge Amplifier - Controller Combination |

The enclosure of the MAC contains a strain gauge amplifier and a controller.
The amplifier supplies the auxiliary power to the strain gauge transducers and conditions the output signals. Two voltage outputs with different filters are available.
The PID components in the controller can be individually adjusted and also partially switched off.
24 volts control signals can shut off the controller portion or gradually activate or deactivate the output signal.
