During continuous dispersion, oils and anaerobic adhesive and sealing agents can be meticulously checked via robots and compound tables or when carrying out discontinuous dosing operations with equal volumes. The operation of the flow monitor is based upon pressure measurement.

In the course of the dosing process, an increase of pressure arises from the product flow between the dosing valve and dosing tip. This rise in pressure is registered through a sensor and transmitted to a measurement amplifier. There, the result is compared to a memorized reference value.

The reference value is determined through an automatic averaging process carried out in several dosing cycles.

The electro-pneumatically operated time control unit Multiline 1000 is the core piece of a metering system for monocomponent media. As a compact table-top device it can be integrated into all single workstations, where exact and reproducible metering volumes are required. Owing to the fact that the device may be combined with all metering valves that are controllable via 3/2-way valves, all types of pressure vessels and pumps, as well as with rotor sprays, it is possible to configure a system that is exactly tailored to the customer's needs. On the display you may choose between the languages German, English and French.

Control unit Multiline 6000

  • Multi-purpose single to six channel metering unit for control of pressure vessels or pumps in combination with discharge or metering valves

Rotary spray gun Electric Ø 30 mm / 40 mm

  • Rotary spray gun for stationary use and circular dispensing of products into bores from Ø 8 mm
  • Non contact application
  • To be used mainly in combination with metering valve EP 2.952.19
  • Especially suitable for lubricants and anaerobic adhesives
  • Not to be used for cyanoacrylates and solvent-containing adhesives

 

 

The rotary gun is needed to dispense products into bores with a diameter ranging from 8 to 200 mm. It is vital to position the work piece onto which a product is dispensed exactly, especially when dealing with small bores. The dispensing procedure is as follows:

The product (mixed adhesives, oils or other liquids) is delivered into the rotor head via a metering valve. Owing to the special construction and the rotation of the rotor head, product dispensing to the bore occurs in the form of a circle. Depending on the rotor head design, dispensing areas of up to 10 mm are possible.

The rotor shaft has two bearings and is driven by a DC motor via a flexible coupling. The motor is equipped with an ironless rotor with self-contained helical winding; it has a linear rotational speed and a speed-torque curve.

Owing to the rotor's design, this motor is highly efficient (90 %) and has very short start/stop times.

 

Electrical connection of the rotary spray gun is carried out through a 5-way plug-in connector, available on option in straight or angled versions.

Due to its very compact construction the pneumatic metering pump is recommended especially for the use in very cramped circumstances. All operational components are arranged at the front side of the pump.

The diaphragms are controlled by pressurized air of a driving piston. When the pressurized air or turn-over to the 3/2-port directional control valves get switched-off the diaphragms turn back to the initial position by a spring. The repressed volume is delivered to the diaphragm chamber over a double ball suction and pressure valve. The delivery performance can be controlled exactly by stroke frequency and a lock-type stroke adjustment. The pump can be synchronized manually for start-up or venting during an upcoming air pressure.

A continuous metering demands a synchronized control by an external or internal 3/2-port directional control valve.

All metering pumps of the series ELADOS® EMP-KKS operate on the piston-diaphragm principle. The diaphragm serves to feed the product whereas the piston handles the metering. Because of the continuous surplus return this metering pump operates self-venting. Therefore, the pump is appropriate for the conveying of degassing products. The cylindrical piston system without seal s made of ceramic material and offers maximum resistance to chemicals.

 

Different electronic control variants allow the pump to be adapted to any process for quantity or proportional metering. The reasonable choice of accessories completes the extent of supply and represents a complete program for the metering application.

The Compact Metering Device ELADOS® EMP is specially tailored for use in post-treatment of drinking water and is made on the building block principle. It consists of the proportional pulse generator incl. metering valve and the metering pump. The metering pump is provided with a mechanical stroke adjustment, On-Off-Test switch, pulse input, empty signal input with low level pre-warning, empty signal output and stroke signal output. By appropriately matching all components of the compl. EMP program it is possible to combine metering units for widely varying applications with pump capacities up to 120 l/h and nominal diameters up to DN 150.

The inductive conductivity measuring and control unit LMI 02 is especially designed for permanent concentration measurement and control of alkaline or acidic cleaning and disinfecting solutions.

 

The LMI 02 is designed as a wall-mounted unit. The measuring operates to the electrodeless measuring principle. The conductivity probe is combined with a temperature sensor (NTC). The temperature compensation for alkaline products (1.9 %/K) or acid detergents (1.25 %/K) is selectable. Front side function keys with a digital display guarantee a simple and reliable operator guidance
